云浮市区近10年剖宫产指征变化的研究

目的:回顾分析云浮市区近10年剖宫产的具体情况,为更好控制该地区的剖宫产率提出有效的调控措施。方法:分析1999~2008年云浮市区剖宫产率的变化及手术指征的变迁及并发症的发生率。结果:剖宫产率的高峰期在2000~2004年间,最高为2004年(40.2%),自2005年起稳定在34.3%~35.8%之间;社会因素为新增的手术指征,并且有成为主要指征之一的倾向。结论:放宽剖宫产指征不能持续有效降低围产儿窒息及死亡率,而并发症有所增加。加强围产期保健和孕产期监护,改变接产模式,及时有效地控制剖宫产率对于保证和改善产科质量有较大的实际意义。

Research on changes of cesarean section indications in recent ten years in urban area of Yunfu

Objective:To analyze the concrete condition of cesarean section in recent ten years in urban area of Yunfu retrospectively,put forward effective adjustment measures in order to control the rate of cesarean section in the area.Methods:The changes of cesarean section rate and cesarean section indications and the incidences of complications from 1999 to 2008 in urban area of Yunfu were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Cesarean section rate showed a peak from 2000 to 2004,the rate of cesarean section in 2004 was the highest(40.2%),the cesarean section rate maintained stability within a range of 34.3%~35.8% from 2005;social factors were new cesarean section indications,which had a tendency to become the main indications.Conclusion:Relaxation of cesarean section indications can not reduce perinatal asphyxia and mortality continually and effectively,while the incidences of complications increase;the measures such as strengthening perinatal care and maternal care,changing delivery patterns and controlling cesarean section rate timely and effectively have obvious practical significance to assure and improve the quality of obstetrics department.
