复发性巧克力囊肿的超声介入治疗

目的:探讨超声引导下介入治疗复发性巧克力囊肿的临床价值。方法:51例患者均采用经腹或经阴道超声引导下巧克力囊肿抽吸硬化治疗,观察有无手术并发症、临床表现、彩超复查等情况,随访3个月、6个月、1年。结果:1年后复查,51例患者42例囊肿完全消失,5例囊肿较术前明显缩小,4例囊肿复发,经多次穿刺抽吸硬化治疗后明显变小,术后下腹部不适、痛经等症状均有不同程度的缓解,均未出现出血、感染等并发症。结论:对于复发性巧克力囊肿,超声引导下穿刺抽吸硬化治疗提供了一条快捷有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Ultrasonic interventional therapy of recurrent chocolate cyst

Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic interventional therapy in recurrent chocolate cyst.Methods:51 patients with recurrent chocolate cyst were treated by cyst suction and sclerotherapy of recurrent chocolate cyst under the guide of abdominal or transvaginal sonography.The operative complications,clinical manifestations and reexamination results of ultrasound were observed and followed up for 3 months,6 months and 1 year after operation.Results:On the first year after operation,among 51 patients,cysts of 42 patients disappeared completely,volume of cysts of 5 patients became smaller,4 patients relapsed,after many times of cyst suction and sclerotherapy,the volume became smaller,the postoperative complications such as abdominal discomfort and dysmenorrhea relieved,no hemorrhage and infection occurred.Conclusion:Cyst suction and sclerotherapy under the guide of sonography is a quick and effective method for patients with recurrent chocolate cyst,which is worth popularizing.
