阴道镜检查及活检联合高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨阴道镜检查及活检联合高频电波刀(LEEP)对诊断及治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效。方法:宫颈病变患者130例,行阴道镜检查及活检并配合LEEP手术治疗,手术标本送病理检查,观察手术时间,手术出血量,术后疗效及患者反应。结果:手术平均时间6min,平均出血量11ml,患者无明显不适。术后3个月宫颈糜烂一次性治愈率为97.56%,宫颈赘生物和宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)治愈率为100.00%。阴道镜下活检和LEEP术标本的病理诊断比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道镜检查及活检联合LEEP术是诊断和治疗宫颈病变非常有效的手段,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Analysis on clinical efficacy of vaginoscopy and biopsy combined with loop electro-surgical excision procedure in treatment of cervical lesions

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of vaginoscopy and biopsy combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions.Methods:130 patients with cervical lesions underwent vaginoscopy and biopsy combined with LEEP,the specimens after operation were sent for pathological diagnosis.The operation time,bleeding amount,clinical efficacy and reactions of patients were observed.Results:The average operation time was 6 minutes,the average bleeding amount 11 ml.No obvious uncomfortable phenomenon occurred in patients.The disposable cure rate of cervical erosion was 97.56% after 3 months,the cure rates of neoplasms of cervix and CIN were 100.00%.There was significantly difference between biopsy specimens under colposcope and LEEP specimens(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginoscopy and biopsy combined with LEEP are effective in diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions,with high clinical application value.
