| 摘 要： | 目的观察应用低分子肝素钙干预肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者后QT离散度（QTcd）、JT离散度（JTcd）的变化。方法将145例肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者随机分成两组，其中干预组76例，给予低分子肝素钙干预，对照组69例，给予常规治疗。观察两丑治疗前后QTcd、JTcd的变化情况。结果干预组与对照组在治疗前QTcd、JTcd差异无壳计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后干预组QTcd、JTcd较对照组明显改善（P〈0．01）。结记低分子肝素钙对肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者的QTcd、JTcd有显著改善作用。
