大手术后脾虚患者血中激素水平测定

对大手术后脾虚患者血中多种胃肠胰激素和甲状腺激素水平进行检测并与正常组作比较。结果:脾虚组血清TT_3、FT_3非常显著地低于正常组(P<0.001),rT_3显著地高于正常组(P<0.05)。TT_4、T_3RUR、FT_4I、FT_4两组无显著性差异。脾虚组胃泌素显著地低于正常组(P<0.01),胃动素显著地高于正常组(P<0.002)。胰多肽测出值两组基本接近,但考虑到年龄因素,则脾虚组明显低于正常值。VIP、SST、Glu、Ins两组无显著差别。

Determination of Blood Hormone Levels in Patients with "Spleen Deficiency" Syndrome after Major Operations

The character of "Spleen Deficiency"(SD) Syndrome was evaluated by determination of theblood levels of various gastroenteropancreatic hormones and thyroid hormone. Patients of SD groupwere diagnosed clinically by Syndrome Differentiation. and those of the normal group were volunteerblood donors. RIA was used to determine all the hormones except T_3RUR. Results: TT_3. FT_3 of theSD group were very significantly lower than that of normal group (P<0.001). The levels of rT_3 inSD group were significantly higher than normal control (P<0.05). For TT_4, T_3RUR and FT_4. therewere no significant differences between the two groups. Among the gastroenteropancreatic hor-mones, gastrin in the SD group was significastly lower than that of the normal group (P<0.01),motilin was very significantly higher (P<0.002). The value of pp was similar in the two groups, underphysiological conditions, however, in adults the hormone tended to increase with age. Since theaverage age of patients in the SD group was 54,9, and that of the normal group was 38.5, remarkablylower values were seen in the SD group. Other hormones such as VIP, SST, glucagon and insulinwere of no significant difference between the two groups. The result showed that thyroid hormoneand some of gastroenteric hormones in the blood of patients with SD after major operations werequite different from normal, and was common to patients with general SD Syndrome, with low T_3syndrome. There were no significant differences of levels of some hormones betweesn the twogroups, probably, due to the nature of paracrine, which has no significant change at all in bloodcirculation.
