| 摘 要： | 目的 观察地奥司明片在门诊治疗上肢创伤性水肿的临床疗效.方法 治疗组60例单纯口服地奥司明片治疗上肢创伤性水肿;对照组60例采用常规抬高伤肢进行治疗.结果 治疗组治疗后6d肿胀缓解的有效率为93.33%,疼痛缓解的有效率为86.67%;对照组肿胀缓解的有效率为56.67%,疼痛缓解的有效率为48.34%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）.结论 地奥司明片治疗上肢创伤性水肿疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of daflon in treatment of upper limbs posttraumatic edema for out-patients. Methods To observe the clinical effects of daflon which were taken orally to treat the upper limbs posttraumatic edema in 60 case of treatment group.The other 60 patients in control group were driven up hurt arm conventionally. Results After 6 days,the effective rate of easeing swelling in treatment group was 93.33%,and the effective rate of easeing pain was 86.67%;the effective rate of control group was 56.67%,,and the effective rate of easeing pain was 48.34%.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effects of daflon in treatment of upper limbs posttraumatic edema were satisfactory. |
