| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肾错构瘤的CT及MRI影像学表明特点。方法：对1987年1月至2003年3月20例(共23个病灶)肾错构瘤患的临床资料进行回顾性兮析。结果：含脂肪组织较多的肿瘤14例(共17个病灶)；少脂或无脂肿瘤6例，2例经薄层CT扫描发现常规扫描不能确定的脂肪成分。结论：含脂肪较多的错构瘤CT及MRI表现典型，诊断容易；少脂或无脂的错构瘤由于部分容积效应表现不典型，易误诊，薄层CT扫描可提高诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo summarize the CT and MRI characteristics of renal angiomyolipoma.MethodsThe clinicaldata of 20 cases of renal angiomyolipoma from 1987 to 2003 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results14cases contained fat component and the other 6 contained less or no fat. CT thin thickness scan showed fat component in 2cases, which didnt be confirmed by conventional CT scan.ConclusionsThe manifestations of renal angiomyolipoma withmore fat in CT and MRI are typical. Because of the partial volume phenomena, renal angiomyolipoma with less fat may bemisdiagnosed easily. CT thin thickness scan can raise the rate of confirmed diagnosis. |
