精神分裂症心理社会因素分析流行病学研究

目的 探讨社会心理因素在精神分裂症发病中的作用。方法 应用分析流行病学Logistic回归和病例对照方法，分析了34例精神分裂症发病的心理社会因素，确立假说因素与疾病的相关性，推论两者的因果关系。结果 发现婚姻挫折、与邻居关系不好、家庭不和睦、家庭经济收入低下和不良生活事件与精神分裂症的发病有关。结论 不良的心理社会因素与精神分裂症的发病密切相关。

Correlative study on analytical epidemiology between the morbidity of schizophrenia and the psychsocial factors

Objective: To explore the effect of psychsocial fators on the morbidity ofschizophrenia. Methors: The psychsocial factors in morbidity of 31 schizophrenia were analysedby means of analytical epidemiology with LOGISITIC and case-control between hypothesized fatorsand the illness so as to infer the relationship betwecn the cases and results. Results: Therewere closely correlation between the morbidity of schizophrenia and the bad psychsocial fators(bad status of marriage, bad interpersonal with neighbour, non family. low domestic economy and badlife events). Conclusion: In the treatment and prevention of schizophrenia, special psychsocialinterventtion strategy should be made out according to the psychsocial reatures of the poputation.
