| 摘 要： | 目的观察星状神经节阻滞联合针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法选择发病后经内科或耳鼻喉科治疗，疗效差者58例，80耳，随机分为两组。A组为治疗组，采用星状神经节阻滞联合穴位针刺。B组为对照组，单纯针刺。结果A组治愈30例，有效8例，无效2例，治愈与有效率95％；B组治愈18例，有效10例，无效12例，治愈与有效率70％。结论星状神经节阻滞联合穴位针刺治疗神经性耳鸣是一种较单纯针刺更有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and compare the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block （SGB） and acupuncture with acupuncture only on the nervous tinnitus. Methods Fifty-eight patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 ears in each. In Group A, an experimental group, stellate ganglion block and acupuncture were applied; and in group B, a controlled groups,acupuncture only. Results The cure and effective rates were 95%（38/40 cases） in group A, and 70% （28/40 cases） in group B. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block（SGB） and acupuncture are an effective method for treatment of nervous tinnitus,comparing with acupuncture only. |
