| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨聚维酮碘(PVP-I)溶液预防腹部手术切口感染的作用。方法:回顾性分析126例应用聚维酮碘溶液冲洗污染和易感染的腹部手术切口的效果。结果:术后患者有5例丙级愈合占3.97%,15例乙级愈合占11.9%,其余均甲级愈合。结论:应用聚维酮碘溶液可明显减少腹部切口感染。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects of prevention of incision infections in the abdominal operation with povidone iodine solution.Methods: A total of 126 cases of contaminated and easily infected abdominal operation incision irrigated with povidone iodine solution were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Five cases got third rate healing(3.97%),15 cases got second rate healing(11.9%) and others got first rate healing among all the postoperative patients.Conclusion: Povidone iodine solution can apparently reduce the incision infections of abdominal operation. |
