军队医院护理人员战备能力评估量表的修订及信效度检验

目的引进并修订护理人员战备能力评估量表，并对其进行检验。方法以美国护理人员战备能力评估量表为蓝本，对其进行翻译、回译、语言调适及专家咨询，编制我国军队医院护理人员战备能力评估量表。对9所军队医院的703名护理人员进行调查，检验其信度和效度。结果各维度及总量表内部一致性信度α=0．68-0．95，重测信度r=0．80-0．95。各条目与其维度的相关系数r=0．33-0．85。因子分析，提取6个公因子，累计方差贡献率为62．66％。结论该量表具有良好的可信度、稳定性、准确性，可推荐其作为卫勤保障人员能力评估工具之一，为编制其他系统护理人员能力评估工具提供借鉴。

Reliability and validity testing of the Readiness Estimate and Deploy Ability Index revised for military hospital nurses

Objective To develop and test the reliability and validity of the Readiness Estimate and Deploy Ability Index revised for military hospital nurses. Methods Based on the American Readiness Estimate and Deploy Ability Index,a revised Chinese - version scale was developed for military hospital nurses via translation,retranslation,specialist- consulting and cultural assimilation. Then, the reliability and validity were tested based on the data of 703 nurses in 9 military hospitals. Results The Cronbach ＇ α ranged from 0. 68 to 0.95 ,test - retest reliability ranged from 0.80 to 0.95. The correlation coefficients of each item and its dimension ranged from 0. 33 to 0. 85. Factor analysis extracted 6 factors and the total cumulative was 62. 66%. Conclusion Therevised Chinese - version scale is a good instrument with high reliability and validity, which can be used as an assessment tool for military nurses and provide reference for the development of assessment tool for nurses in other specialty.
