| 摘 要： | 目地：探讨应用高压注射器进行CT增强扫描的价值，以及使用时的护理。方法：搜集采用高压注射器进行增强扫描的557例患者，进行分析总结高压注射器的应用及护理体会。结果：熟练掌握高压注射器各环节的使用方法，针对注射过程中出现的情况，有效的采用相应措施减轻患者的恐惧心理，防止药液外渗和过敏反应。结论：使用高压注射器时的有效护理可提高CT增强扫描的成功率，从而获得具有诊断价值的CT图像，提高疾病的诊断质量和治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： Discussing the value of the application and nursing of high pressure injector in Contrast Enhanced Computed Tomography （ CECT）. Methods ： Analyzing and summarizing comprehension of the application and nursing of high pressure injector, in collected 557 CECT cases totally. Results： Skilledly mastering the use steps of the high pressure injector, according to the phenomenon during usage, taking effective measures to release the patient＇ s phobia, and to avoid intravascular transduction and anaphylaxis to contrast medium as well. Conclusion： Effective nursing will improve the successful ratio of CECT examination with high pressure injector, contribute to mere valuable diagnostic diaphragm, as the result, improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
