无花果内生真菌分离鉴定及其活性研究

摘    要:目的:分离和鉴定无花果Ficus carica植物内生真菌,并对其进行活性筛选。方法:采用形态学方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白菜黑斑病菌、苹果腐烂病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、草莓枯萎病菌、青霉菌为测试菌对分离得到的植物内生真菌进行抗菌活性实验。结果:从健康的无花果植物的根、茎、叶中分离共获得61株内生真菌。属于5纲,7目,12科,20属。抗菌活性试验表明有40株内生真菌具有抗菌活性,占总内生真菌的65.57%。结论:无花果植物内生真菌多样性丰富,具有很好的研究和应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to isolate the endophyte of Ficus carica and screen of its antibiotic activities. Method: The endophytic fungi were indentified by morphology, Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli , Alternaria brassicae , Valsa mali, Fusarium graminearum , F. oxysporumf. sp. fragariae, Penicillium notatum were selected as the indicator to test the inhibitory activity of the isolated strains. Result: Sixty-one strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy root, stem and leaf of F. carice , which belonged to twenty genera, twelve families, seven orders and five classes. Of them forty strains were antimicrobial. The percentage of antimicrobial strains to tested strains is 65.57%. Conclusion: It indicated that the endophyte of F. carica were diversity and rich and has the best research and application value.
