子宫内膜细胞采集在子宫内膜癌早期诊断中的应用

目的评价运用子宫内膜采集器行宫腔细胞学取材在子宫内膜癌早期诊断方面的应用效果。方法运用子宫内膜采集器行宫腔细胞学取材,进行细胞学检查,然后做诊断性刮宫行组织学病理检查,二者结果进行比较。结果以诊断性刮宫诊刮子宫内膜组织的病理学诊断结果为标准,宫腔细胞学诊断子宫内膜癌的诊断符合率100％;子宫内膜细胞采集器方法比诊断性刮宫的方法,患者疼痛程度明显减轻。2组疼痛程度比较,差异有显著性((P<0．005);子宫内膜细胞采集器方法患者出血量明显减少,2组比较,差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论将子宫内膜细胞采集器应用与子宫内膜癌的早期诊断是安全有效的,有很高的临床应用价值。

Application of an endometrial sampling device for cytology in the early detection of endometrial cancer

Objective To determine the efficacy of an endometrial sampling device for cytology in the early detection of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Endometrial cells were obtained by the endometrial sampling device for cytological screening. For the purpose of comparison, diagnostic uterine curettage was done simultaneously on the same patient. Results A total number of 90 cases were studied. When histological assessment was used as the gold standard for endometrial carcinoma, the diagnostic accordance rate of the cytological screening was 100 %. In addition, the endometrial sampling device caused less pain and less blood loss compared with uterine curettage. Conclusion The endometrial sampling device was safe, effective, and valuable for the early detection of endometrial cancer.
