摘    要:目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定正柴胡饮颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法色谱柱为phenomenex-ODS(250×4.6mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20:80),检测波长283nm,流速1.0mL·min^-1.结果橙皮苷在0.02208μg-4.416μg(r=0.99999)范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率96.85%,RSD为2.29%。结论本法操作简便、结果准确.重现性好,可作为正柴胡饮颗粒中橙皮苷含量的质量控制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop a reversed-phase HPLC method of determining the content of hesperidin in Zhengchaihuyin granules. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of the phenomenex-ODS (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) and acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(20 : 80) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 283 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The measurement proved to be linear over the range of 0. 02208μg- 4. 416μg (r = 0. 99999) for hesperidin. The average recovery was 96.85 % with RSD of 2.29 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, good repeatability and can be used for the quality detection of hesperidin in Zhengchaihuyin granules.
