细胞周期调节蛋白D1表达与宫颈癌关系的研究

摘    要:目的观察细胞周围调节蛋白(Cyclin)D1在宫颈癌组织中的表达并探讨其意义.方法应用SP免疫组化法检测11例正常宫颈上皮,9例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和48例宫颈癌石蜡包埋组织切片中 Cyclin D1基因蛋白表达情况.结果正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈癌组织,Cyclin D1 表达的阳性率分别为9.09%、33.33%、41.67%;从正常宫颈到CIN到宫颈癌组织中Cyclin D1 表达呈现逐渐升高的趋势.宫颈癌组织Cyclin D1 表达明显高于正常宫颈上皮(P<0.05),CIN和正常宫颈上皮比较,Cyclin D1 表达无显著性差异(P>0.05).Cyclin D1 表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织类型、分化程度以及淋巴结转移均无显著相关性(P>0.05).结论Cyclin D1 基因蛋白高表达可能参与宫颈癌的癌变过程.

Abstract:Objective: This study was to elucidate the expression of cells regulato r Cyclin D 1 in normal cervix, CIN, and its implication in the genesis of cervi cal carcinoma Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to deter mine the Cyclin D 1 expression level in 11 paraffin sections in normal cervix, 9 in CIN, and 48 in cervical carcinoma Results: The positive rate of Cyclin D 1 e xpre ssion was 9 09% of normal cervix, 33 33% of CIN , and 41 67% of cervical carc ino ma, respectively Cyclin D 1 expression increased gradually from 9 09% in the norm al cervix to 41 67% in cervical carcinoma Cyclin D 1 expression in cervical c arcin oma was significantly higher than that in normal cervix No statistical correla t ion was observed between Cyclin D 1 expression and other clinical data in patie nts with cervical carcinoma Conclusion: These data suggested that t h e Cyclin D 1 expression was involved in the carcinogensis, development, and pro gression of cervical carcinoma
