针灸抗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的研究概况

脑卒中为临床常见病，其发病率、致残率及死亡率较高。肢体痉挛是脑卒中的主要症状之一，严重影响患者日常生活工作。针灸作为治疗脑卒中后遗症的有效方法，它在临床及基础研究中都取得了一系列的成果，本文对近年来针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床和机理研究作一综述，并对该研究领域应注意的问题提出一些见解。

Research generalization of acupuncture therapy of spastic limbs patient with cerebral apoplexy

Cerebral apoplexy is a clinic common disease.The incidence ration,motality ration and mutiation ration are high to the human being.Spastic limbs is one of primary symptom of cerebral apoplexy which seriously affects patients' daily living and working.Acupuncutre is effective to treat sequelae of brain stroke.It achieves a series of progress in the field of clinic and basic research.The article summarizes studies of clinic and experiment research about acupuncture therapy of spastic limbs and put forward to some advice about this research.Author's address:Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese medicine,chengdu 610071,China
