下胫腓关节损伤患者的预后分析

目的]探讨下胫腓关节损伤的治疗原则及应注意的问题.方法]收集本院自1990～2006年收治的85例下胫腓关节损伤患者的资料,其中手术治疗下胫腓关节损伤81例,非手术治疗4例.对其一般情况、治疗方式以及恢复情况做全面分析.结果]根据Baird的踝关节评分系统:优27例、良35例、可12例,差11例.优良率72.94%.结论]下胫腓关节损伤预后与损伤程度不同、手术操作技术水平不一、患者主观能动性有关.治疗下胫腓关节损伤应注意手术操作细节以及术后及时拔钉,以免造成关节功能障碍.

Analysis of Prognosis in Injury of Distal Tibiofibular Joint

Objective] To analyze the therapeutic principle and related problems for treating injury of distal tibiofibular joint.Methods] The clinical data of 85 cases with injury of distal tibiofibular joint from 1990 to 2006 were analyzed on general conditions,therapy methods and rehabilitation.81 cases were treated by surgical methods and 4 cases were treated by non-operation.Results] The follow-up outcomes were evaluated using Baird's criteria of ankle joint,which revealed that 27 cases were excellent,35 cases were good,12 cases were fair and 11 cases were poor.The excellent and good rate was 72.94%.Conclusion] The results of treatment of injury of distal tibiofibular joint are different between prognosis and severity of injury.The abilities of operation techniques are also of difference.We must be careful in details of surgical operation and removing the screws after operation in time to avoid disfunction of ankle.
