康惠尔透明贴在降低骨科患者压疮发生率中的作用

目的探讨康惠尔透明贴结合常规护理在降低骨科患者压疮发生率中的作用。方法选取2009～2011年骨科治疗患者中存在压疮高危性病例60例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者在病情、护理部位、年龄和性别等方面基本相同,可进行对比。患者在住院日期或床位安排上相互错开,防止因处理方法不同,造成患者疑惑,进而不配合护理工作,影响治疗效果。对照组使用常规护理措施对骶尾部、脚跟部等压疮好发部位进行定时翻身、按摩皮肤和记录皮肤情况,治疗组使用康惠尔透明贴贴敷于相同好发部位并结合上述护理措施进行护理,至患者出现压疮或压疮风险降低到低风险为实验结束。计算两组患者的压疮发生率,数据进行统计分析。结果治疗组压疮发生率明显低于对照组,统计学分析P<0.05,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论使用康惠尔透明贴结合常规护理能有效降低骨科压疮高危患者的压疮发生率。

Effects of Comfeel Transparent Dressing on Reducing Incidence of Bedsore in Orthopaedics Department

Objective To explore the application of Comfeel plus transparent dressing with routine nursing in reducing the incidence of bedsore in orthopedics patients.Methods Sixty high-risk patients of bedsore in our department from 2009 to 2011 were selected.The sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The basic conditions of two groups,such as disease,nursing way,age and gender,were almost same,the data could be contrasted.The patients were staggered on the hospitalization days or the hospital beds,to avoid uncooperative emotion of the patients if they found the different nursing measures be using to them.Routine nursing,including timely body-turning,recording status of skin and massaging skin,etc,was used in the control group.The treatment group received Comfeel plus transparent dressing with routine nursing to prevent the occurrence of bedsore.The clinical observation was cancelled when the patient had divorced from high-risk group or had bedsore.We calculated the incidence of bedsore of two groups.The data was statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of bedsore of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=5.4545,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfeel plus transparent dressing with routine nursing can effectively cut down the incidence of bedsore of the high-risk patients in orthopedics.
