| 摘 要： | 为对比微创拔牙术与传统翻瓣劈冠术拔除阻生智齿的临床效果,将260例下颌智齿阻生患者随机分为2组,分别采用翻瓣劈冠法(对照组)和微创拔牙术(微创组)拔除患牙,并比较其手术时间和术后并发症发生率。结果发现微创组拔牙时间明显少于劈冠组,术后疼痛、张口受限、感染和干槽症等并发症发生率也均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。

| Abstract: | 260 patients with symptomatic impacted mandibular third molar were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The impacted teeth were removed by flap surgery and crest splitting in control group,and by minimizing trauma procedure in trial group.The operative duration and incidences of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.The operation time was(24±6) min in minimizing trauma group and(38±15) min in control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative complications of pain,limited mouth opening,infection and dry socket were lower in minimizing trauma group than those in control group(P<0.05). |
