喜炎平联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎

目的观察喜炎平联合葡萄糖酸锌片治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选择2009年10月-2011年1月急性轮状病毒肠炎患儿78例,用抽签法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(39例)采用喜炎平+葡萄糖酸锌片治疗,对照组采用液体疗法等综合性治疗及对症处理。结果治疗组发热、呕吐、腹泻、住院时间分别为(2.02±1.06)d、(1.01±0.46)d、(3.02±1.26)d、(5.61±1.39)d,对照组分别为(3.36±1.27)d、(1.52±0.78)d、(4.47±1.38)d、(7.25±1.33)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论喜炎平联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效确切,不良反应少。

Xiyanping Combined with Zinc Gluconate for Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis in Children

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of combination with Xiyanping and zinc gluconate in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods Seventy-eight children with acute rotavirus enteritis in this hospital from October 2009 to Januaryl 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(39 cases) was cured with Xiyanping and zinc gluconate,while the control group(39 cases) received liquid supplement and symptomatic treatment.Results The symptom-free period of fever,sickness,diarrhea,hospital stay were(2.02±1.06)d,(1.01±0.46)d,(3.02±1.26)d and(5.61±1.39)d in the treatment group,respectively;(3.36±1.27)d,(1.52±0.78)d,(4.47±1.38)d,and(7.25±1.33)d in the control group,respectively.The difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiyanping combined with zinc gluconate has a greater efficacy and fewer side effects on children with acute rotavirus enteritis.
