卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸(SQK)穴位注射防治小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的疗效及其对生长发育的影响。方法应用SQK足三里穴位注射3个月～1年的治疗,观察预防RRI的疗效、副作用及其对身高和体重的月增长率的影响。结果 92例RRI患儿经SQK穴位注射治疗,显效率为83.7%,总有效率为95.7%。经过2个疗程以上治疗的显效率为92.3%,总有效率为100%。92例RRI患儿经SQK穴位注射治疗后身高和体重的月增长率明显高于正常儿童,P<0.05。第一疗程的身高和体重月增长率明显高于第三、第四疗程的身高和体重的月增长率,P<0.05。结论卡介菌多糖核酸足三里穴位注射疗法,在显著提高RRI患儿免疫功能的同时,还能加速其身高和体重的增长速率,改善生长发育落后状况,无明显不良反应。

SQK Zusanli-Injection Prevention Efficacy in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection and the Impact on Growth

Objective To observe preventive effect in RRI children treated with SQK point injection and its impact on growth.Methods By SQK Zusanli-injection of 3 months to a year of treatment,the effect of recurrent respiratory tract infection,side effects and its impact on growth were observed.Results 92 patients with SQK Zusanli-injection therapy,markedly effective rate were 83.7%,and total effective rate was 95.7%.After more than two courses of treatment,markedly effective rate were 92.3%,total effective rate was 100%.In 92 cases being treated by SQK point injection,the month height and weight growth rate was significantly higher than that in normal children,P<0.05.The month height and weight growth rate in the first course were significantly higher than those from the third to fourth course,P<0.05.Conclusion The SQK Zusanli injection therapy can not only significantly improve RRI children’s immune function but also speed up their height and weight growth rate and improve their backward state of growth without obvious adverse reactions.
