血塞通软胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效观察

目的评价血塞通软胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)的有效性及安全性。方法采用单中心、随机双盲双模拟,将72例CCCI患者分为两组,采用银杏叶软胶囊为对照组,观测试验前后症状改善情况、彩色血管多普勒检查及经颅多普勒(TCD)各指标变化情况、血流变学的变化情况以及心电图、血生化等。结果试验组双侧椎动脉血流量在治疗后28 d开始有明显改善,早于对照组;试验组右椎动脉血流量改善幅度较大。试验组左、右椎动脉收缩期峰速度(PSV)分别在治疗第42、第28天明显改善,治疗70 d后右椎动脉PSV改善幅度较大;而对照组右侧椎动脉PSV直到治疗后70d才有明显改善,左侧治疗后无明显改善。试验药物安全性好。结论血塞通软胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足效果较好,安全性评价为一级。

The Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Xuesaitong Capsula Mollis in Patients with CCCI

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Xuesaitong capsula mollis in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI).Methods This was a single center trial,72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and double blind,ginkgo leaf capsula mollis was used as control.Data which was listed as follows was observed at pre-and post-therapy: symptoms improving,the color duplex ultrasonography of carotid,veterbral and intracalvarium arteries,blood rheology,biochemistry and ECG.Results The blood volume of two sides vertebral artery of the 28th day in the experimental group had been improved which was earlier than the control group and it’s improving amplitude of the right was higher.The PSV of the right and left vertebral artery had been improved at the 28th and 42nd day respectively;the improving amplitude of the right PSV was higher than the control group at the 70th day;but improvement happened until the 70th day in the right side in the control group and the left hadn’t change.The test treatment was safety.Conclusion Xuesaitong capsula mollis for patients with CCCI had better therapeutic effect and safety.
