丹灯通脑软胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期临床疗效观察

目的观察丹灯通脑软胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法将60例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为两组:治疗组(丹灯通脑软胶囊+基础治疗)30例和对照组(基础治疗)30例。两组治疗疗程均为4周。全部病例均于治疗前及治疗后用美国国立卫生院研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分评定神经功能缺损程度,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率80.00%、愈显率16.67%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹灯通脑软胶囊配合基础治疗脑梗死恢复期效果显著,能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度。

Clinical Efficacy of Dandengtongnao Capsule in Treating Cerebral Infarction Recovery

Objective To investigate the effect of Dandengtongnao capsule in treating the patients who were recovering from cerebral infarctionMethods Sixty patients recovering from cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(treated with Dandengtongnao capsule and basic treatment,n=30),the control group(treated with basic treatment,n=30).The treatment course of two groups were 4 weeks.All patients were assessed before and after treatment with the U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Research(NIHSS) score assessment of neurologic impairment,to observe the clinical efficacy.Results Total efficiency of the treatment group was 80.00%,markedly effective rate was 16.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with Dandengtongnao capsule and basic treatment in cerebral infarction recovery had significant effect,which can significantly improve the patient’s neurologic impairment.
