唑来膦酸治疗骨转移肿瘤疼痛的临床观察

目的评价注射用唑来膦酸治疗骨转移肿瘤疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法开放性临床随机选择骨转移肿瘤患者26例,男性17例,女性9例。静脉注射唑来膦酸4 mg,每月一次,1个月为1个周期,2个周期后评价疗效及安全性。疗效评价指标包括止痛疗效、KPS评分的变化和转移灶治疗情况。结果 26例患者中,疼痛完全缓解10例,部分缓解13例,轻微缓解2例,无缓解1例,有效率为88.5%,治疗前KPS评分中位60分,治疗后KPS评分中位70分,治疗后较治疗前提高10分,生活质量明显提高。不良事件的发生率为7.7%,未出现严重不良事件,不良反应为轻度发热、消化道反应等。结论唑来膦酸对骨转移肿瘤引起的疼痛有良好的止痛效果,对转移灶有较好的治疗作用,并且安全性评估结果也比较好,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Zoledronic Acid on Pain of Patients with Metastatic Bone Tumors

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of zoledronic acid injection in treatment of the pain of patients with metastatic bone tumors.Methods Twenty six patients with metastatic bone tumors,17 males and 9 females,were randomly selected.Intravenous zoledronic acid 4 mg was given once a month,after two cycles,the curative and safety were evaluated.The indicators included pain,KPS score and treatment of metastases.Results In all patients,the pain was complete relieved in 10 cases,partial in 13 cases,minor response in 2 cases,no remission in 1 case,the effective rate was 88.5%.The median KPS score was 60 before the treatment and 70 after the treatment;the quality of life was improved significantly;the incidence of adverse events was 7.7%,no serious adverse events was found,the main adverse reactions were the mild fever and gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion Zoledronic acid has a good analgesic effect on the pain caused by bone metastatic tumor,and a better therapeutic effect on the metastases;the safety evaluation results are better,it is worthy to be generalized in the clinic.
