腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠中的诊断和治疗价值。方法选取128例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,其中选定68例异位妊娠患者作为治疗组行腹腔镜手术,进行回顾性分析,并选取同期60例行开腹手术患者作为对照组进行比较。结果两组患者在异位妊娠类型、身高、体重、年龄等术前指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、术后输卵管复通率、1年内宫内妊娠率等方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术方法可以有效应用于临床治疗异位妊娠患者,且较开腹手术更适用于有生育要求患者。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy with Laparoscope

Objective To explore the value of diagnosis and treatment with laparoscope in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 128 cases ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,68 cases of them were selected for laparoscopy treatment as treatment group,and other 60 cases were set as control group for abdominal surgery.The effect of two groups was compared.Results Between two groups,the ectopic type and body parameters had no statistical differences(P>0.05).But comparing the operational time,blood losing,hospital time,exhaust time,on-bed time,fallopian tube recanalization and one year intrauterine pregnancy rate,there were obvious statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy treatment can be effectively used in clinical threapy of ectopic pregnancy patients and it was more applicable to perform laparoscopic surgery other than abdominal surgery for the patients with fertility requirements.
