中西医结合治疗男性少弱精症的临床疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗男性少弱精症的临床疗效,并与传统西药治疗男性少弱精症的效果进行对比。方法选68例由男性少弱精症引起的男性不育症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效等指标进行对比分析,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果通过3个月的治疗和治疗后6个月的随访,两组男性少弱精症治疗结果:对照组治愈8例,有效14例,无效12例,总的有效率为64.7%;实验组治愈15例,有效13例,无效6例,总的有效率为82.4%。两组中治疗组的总有效率明显较高,与对照组相比差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医相结合疗法对男性少弱精症治疗效果显著,可以有效提高男性少弱精症的治愈率。

Clinical Efficacy of Oligoasthenotspermi with Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of oligoasthenotspermi.Methods 68 cases of oligoasthenotspermi were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 34 cases.Western medicine treatment was used in control group,Chinese and Western medicine treatment was used in treatment group.Results In the control group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were mending and 12 cases were noneffective,the total efficiency of treatment group was 64.7%,and in the treatment group,15 cases were cured,13 cases were mending and 6 cases were noneffective,the total efficiency of treatment group was 82.4%.The total efficiency of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve the cure rate of oligoasthenotspermi.
