临床医学本科生全科医学课间实习的初步探索

摘    要:目的初步探索适合医学本科生的全科医学课间实习教学模式。方法在中国医科大学临床医学系在校本科四年级医学生课间实习中,采用"以病例为中心、问题为基础、社区为导向"的教学模式(Case-centered,Problem-based,Community-oriented Teaching Mode,简称CPC教学模式),编写教学大纲和教学内容,通过社区介绍、角色扮演和参观等形式,进行医学本科生全科医学课间实习的教学实践。结果此种社区实习教学模式调动了学生学习的主动性,课堂气氛活跃。课后调查显示有90%以上的学生对了解教学大纲所要求的内容,及通过角色扮演的教学方法体现全科医生的工作方式和内容表示非常赞同和赞同。结论鉴于我国目前缺乏对医学本科生全科医学课间实习的理论研究,此种课间实习教学模式可为全科医学课程建设积累经验,提供借鉴。

Preliminary Study on Teaching Practice during Courses in Clinical Medicine Undergraduates

Abstract:Objective To tentatively study a teaching model for medical undergraduates in teaching practice during the course.Methods A new teaching mode which is called Case-centered,Problem-based,Community-oriented(CPC) teaching mode was performed in the teaching practice during courses of fourth year medical students in China Medical University.By listening to introduction of community,role playing and visiting,the teaching practice was carried out according with the new curriculum and teaching content.Results This teaching modes mobilized the initiative of students and creating a positive classroom climate.The investigation showed that more than 90% of the students agreed with or approve on the understanding the teaching content fit to the syllabus and expressing how a general practitioner work by role playing teaching method.Conclusion In view of the lack of the theory on the teaching practice during the course for medical students,this mode of practice teaching can accumulate experience and provide reference for promoting course construction of general practice.
