鼻咽癌组织中ICAM-1和HSP70蛋白的表达及其意义

目的探讨细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平及其意义。方法用免疫组化(IHC)方法对30例鼻咽癌转移组和27例鼻咽癌未转移组组织中的ICAM-1和HSP70蛋白进行检测。结果 ICAM-1和HSP70在57例鼻咽癌组织中的阳性率分别为75.4%(43/57)和63.2%(36/57)。在不同TNM分期中,两者阳性率差别有统计学意义,即随着鼻咽癌的发展其表达逐渐增强。两种蛋白质在鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组中的表达率要明显高于鼻咽癌未转移组,说明ICAM-1和HSP70与鼻咽癌的转移具有一定相关性。结论 ICAM-1和HSP70增高与鼻咽癌发生发展、浸润及淋巴结转移相关。研究结果提示ICAM-1和HSP70可作为判断鼻咽癌临床分期和预测预后的参考指标,有一定的临床价值。

Detection of Tissue ICAM-1 and HSP70 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Study Their Clinical Value

Objective To investigate the expression of ICAM-1 and HSP70 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and explore its clinical value in such cases.Methods The levels of ICAM-1 and HSP70 were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC) in 30 patients with NPC combined with lymph node metastasis and 27 NPC patients without lymph node metastasis.Results The detectable rates of ICAM-1 and HSP70 were 75.4%(43/57) and 63.2%(36/57),respectively.And the tissue levels of this two tumor markers in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient group were correspondingly increased with the high TNM stage.The detectable rates of ICAM-1 and HSP70 in the NPC group of lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in the NPC group of no lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The validate test identified that ICAM-1 and HSP70 were correlate with NPC carcinogenesis and the two proteins were significant in estimating clinical TNM stage and prognosis of NPC patient.
