头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗HCAP疗效观察

目的观察头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年医疗保健相关性肺炎(HCAP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法治疗组40例给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦3.0 g,2次/d,联合左氧氟沙星0.5 g,1次/d,静脉滴注,疗程5～10 d;对照组36例给予头孢米诺2.0 g,2次/d,静脉滴注,疗程5～10 d,比较两组患者治疗前后临床表现,细菌学检查等改善情况,以及比较两组治疗中出现的不良反应。结果头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星组与头孢米诺组比较,临床总有效率分别为85.0%和63.9%,细菌清除率分别为82.6%和54.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年医疗保健相关性肺炎的疗效及安全性好,是一种抗菌谱较广、抗菌作用较强的抗感染治疗方案。

Effect of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam Combined with Levofloxacin on Healthcare Associated Pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of cefoperazone/sulbactam combined with levofloxacin on healthcare-associated pneumonia(HCAP).Methods Seventy-six patients with HCAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(40 cases) was cured with levofloxacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam,while the control group(36 cases) with cefminox.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions in both groups were observed and compared 5-10 days later.Results The total efficacy rates and bacterial clearance rates were 85.00% and 63.90% in treatment group,82.6% and 54.5% in control group,respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion The combined therapy of cefoperazone/sulbactam and levofloxacin with a broad-spectrum and better antibacterial action has definite therapeutic effect and safety on health-care-associated pneumonia.
