超敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉硬化的相关性研究

目的分析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与冠脉病变之间的相关性。方法收集102例冠状动脉硬化患者和100例健康体检者的血清,将102例冠心病患者按病情严重程度分为单支病变组(SVD组,60例)和多支病变组(MVD组,42例)。分别测定血清hs-CRP、血脂、血糖(FBS)水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),比较各组各指标差异。采用ROC曲线对hs-CRP诊断冠脉病变的敏感性和特异性进行评价。结果与健康组相比较,SVD组和MVD组hs-CRP、TC和TG水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MVD组患者血清hs-CRP水平比SVD组明显升高(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,用hs-CRP诊断冠脉病变的灵敏度为80.0%,特异性为75.0%,AUC曲线下面积为0.78。结论超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠脉病变的发生密切相关,并与病情严重程度相关。血清hs-CRP水平检测在冠脉病变的诊断中有较好的临床应用价值。

Association between hs-CRP and Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum hs-CRP level and coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods 102 CAD patients were divided into SVD group and MVD group,serum hsCRP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apoa1,FBS and IMT were measured in all subjects.Results Serum hs-CRP level in group SVD was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Group MVD were higher than group SVD(P<0.05).A positive correlation of high hs-CRP concentration with CAD was shown.ROC curve was used to evaluate the accuracy of hs-CRP as a diagnostic marker in CAD.The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of CAD were 80.0% and 75.0%,respectively.Conclusion It indicated that serum hs-CRP level was relative to CAD and its severity.The change of serum hs-CRP level was helpful in the diagnosis of CAD.
