2006～2010年桐乡市恶性肿瘤发病监测结果分析

目的分析桐乡市恶性肿瘤监测现状,探讨桐乡市近年来恶性肿瘤发病分布规律及趋势。方法将2006～2010年省恶性肿瘤网络数据导出数据库,疾病按照ICD-10分类,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2006～2010年桐乡市居民恶性肿瘤年均发病率为250.40/10万。发病顺位居前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、肝癌、肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌。肿瘤发病率呈现随着年龄增长而上升的趋势,在80～84岁年龄组发病水平达到高峰位置。结论肺癌、肝癌、肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌是影响桐乡市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤。在人群中开展恶性肿瘤的早期筛查及健康教育,是降低恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率的重要措施。

Statistical Analysis of Malignant Tumor Prevalence in Tongxiang City from 2006 to 2010

Objective To investigate the recent trends of malignant tumor attacking in Tongxiang city by analyzing the prevalence of it.Methods The database of malignant tumor was analyzed according to ICD-10 classification by using SPSS software.Results The annual incidence of malignant tumor in Tongxiang city from 2006 to 2010 was 250.40/100 000.The top 5 cancers were lung cancer,liver cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer.With the age growing,the incidence showed an increasing trend,and reached the peak level in group with age of 80 to 84 years.Conclusion Lung cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer are the primary tumor threatening the health of resident in Tongxiang city.The early stage malignant tumor screening and health education are the important measures to reduce cancer morbidity in the crowd.
