艾迪联合白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

目的回顾性分析艾迪注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选取同期住院的恶性胸腔积液患者76例,随机分为治疗组39例和对照组37例。治疗组胸腔内注入艾迪注射液50 ml+白介素-2 200万U+生理盐水5 ml+2%利多卡因针5 ml。对照组注入白介素-2 200万U+生理盐水5 ml+2%利多卡因针5 ml。两组均每周1次,连用4周者进行疗效、毒副作用及生活质量评定等对比分析。结果治疗组有效率为82.0%,明显高于对照组的有效率59.4%(P<0.05);KPS评分治疗组显效率和有效率分别为59.0%和25.6%,对照组则分别为16.2%和21.6%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率亦明显低于对照组。结论艾迪联合重组人白细胞介素-2治疗胸腔积液能提高患者生存质量,有良好的价值,值得推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Aidi Injection and Recombinant Human Interleukin-2 on the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusions

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and side effects of the aidi injection on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods 76 cases of malignant tumor hospitalized at the same period were divided into treatment group(39 cases) and control group(37 cases).Both groups accepted the recombinant human interleukin-2(IL-2) injection 2 million IU+0.9% NS 5 ml+2% Lidocain 5 ml with the perfusion into the pleural cavity once a week respectively for 3-4 weeks,but in addition,treatment group was also treated with Aidi injection 50 ml.The curative effect,side effects and life quality of all patients were evaluated.Results The clinical curative effect(CR+PR) of the treatment group was 82% while 59.4% for the controlled group with statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the life quality of treatment group was also better than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The pleural perfusion with aidi injection and recombinant human IL-2 injection had its clinical effect on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
