南宁市社区居民糖尿病知识及行为调查

目的了解广西南宁市社区居民糖尿病相关知识的知晓情况、健康行为情况以及获取健康知识的途径,为开展以社区为基础的糖尿病健康教育提供可靠依据。方法采用两阶段整群随机抽样方法,对南宁市青秀区18周岁及以上居民进行流行病学调查。调查内容包括人口社会学情况、糖尿病相关知识、健康行为以及健康知识来源。结果有效调查人数共2151人;糖尿病相关知识的总体普及率较低,经χ2检验,女性对危险因素肥胖和吃糖多知晓率分别高于男性;65岁及以上居民对糖尿病各项知识知晓率最低;文化程度越高,糖尿病相关知识知晓率越高;大部分人没有接受过社区卫生服务机构提供的健康教育。结论南宁市城市社区居民对糖尿病相关知识知晓率较低,社区卫生知识宣传力度不够,不利于糖尿病防治工作的开展,应通过有效途径予以改善。

Investigation of Diabetic Knowledge and Behavior among Community Residents in Nanning City

Objective To investigate the knowledge rate,health behaviors and access of diabetes mellitus among residents of Nanning city.Methods Residents elder than 18 years in Qingxiu communities of Nanning were selected randomly and the sociology of demographic,diabetes-related knowledge and behavior were investigated.Results 2151 people were investigated;penetration rates of diabetes-related knowledge were low;women’s awareness of risk factors like obesity and sugar was higher than that of men;residents elder than 65 had lowest awareness of diabetes;the higher the educational level,the higher awareness of diabetes-related knowledge;most people hadn’t received health education from community health services.Conclusion The knowledge of diabetes known by the local residents was very poor.Community Health propaganda was not enough.They were not conducive to diabetes prevention and control work and should be improved through effective channels.
