循证护理在预防腹腔镜术后肩痛中的应用

目的探讨解决腹腔镜手术后肩痛问题的有效护理措施。方法将循证护理(通过术前术后访视中的告知和指导、术中合理调节气腹压力、改良手术体位、术中术后吸氧等护理干预措施)应用于腹腔镜手术后易发生肩痛的并发症中,总结出有效的护理干预措施。结果本组39例腹腔镜手术患者,发生术后肩痛者1例,发生胸闷不适者1例,其他患者均无明显与术后肩痛相关的不适主诉。本组患者发生胸闷不适1例,主要与肩及胸廓随呼吸运动而引起的疼痛有关。结论循证护理不仅可以减少腹腔镜手术后肩痛并发症的发生,而且大大提高了患者的舒适度,故循证护理应用于预防腹腔镜手术后肩痛并发症是有效的护理干预措施,值得推广。

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in the Prevention of Shoulder Pain after Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures in solving of the shoulder pain after laparoscopic operation.Methods Evidence-based nursing(by preoperative visit to inform and guide,intraoperative pneumoperitoneum pressure,improved operation reasonable adjustment position,intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention measures such as oxygen inhalation) applied in laparoscopic operation of shoulder pain after prone to complications,the effective nursing intervention measures were summed up.Results In the group of 39 patients with laparoscopic operation patients,the incidence of postoperative shoulder pain occurred in 1 case,chest discomfort occurred in 1 case,the other patients had no obvious postoperative shoulder pain and discomfort associated with.This group of patients with chest discomfort occurred in 1 case,mainly with the shoulder and chest motion due to breathing pain caused by the respiratory movement.Conclusion Evidence-based care can not only reduce shoulder pain after laparoscopic operation complications,but also greatly improve the comfort of the patient.The application of evidence-based nursing in prevention of shoulder pain after laparoscopic operation complication was the effective nursing interventions,and was worth popularizing.
