对维持性血液透析患者实施健康教育的效果分析

目的探讨健康教育对维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法对54例维持性血液透析患者实施健康教育干预,干预前后均采用SCL-90量表及健康信念调查表进行问卷调查,应用统计学方法对各项资料进行统计、分析。结果在实施健康教育干预后患者躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分显著低于健康教育前,心理压力明显缓解,心理障碍显著减少,患者对医护人员的信任度、对疾病的重视程度以及对按时服药的重要性的认识明显提高,健康教育前后调查结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对维持性血液透析患者的健康教育,可以缓解患者的心理压力,提高患者的健康信念、生存能力及生活质量。

Effect Analysis of Health Education in Maintaining Hemodialysis Patient

Objective To study the effect of health educating for maintaining hemodialysis patient.Methods Health education intervention was conducted among 54 maintaining hemodialysis,the patients were inquired with SCL-90 scale and health conviction questionnaire under review and in the back of intervention,then statistics and analysis were performed the by statistical method.Results After health education intervention,factor value of the patient’s bodilizion,compelled symptom,dumps,anxiety and hostility was significantly below the value before health education.The psychological pressure had relieved and psychological barriers were significantly reduced(P<0.05),credibility to doctor and nurse,attach importance to the disease and cognition of importance to take the medicine regularly improved obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can ease the patient’s psychological pressure and improve the health faith,viability and quality of life.
