莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

目的观察莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法将下呼吸道感染患者84例随机分为治疗组42例,用莫西沙星注射液0.4 g,静滴,1次/d;对照组42例,用左氧氟沙星0.4 g,静滴,1次/d。总疗程7～14 d。观察两组患者治疗总有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应。结果治疗组治愈32例,显效8例,进步1例,无效1例,对照组治愈28例,显效6例,进步5例,无效3例,治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.2%、81.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组细菌清除率分别为92.9%、66.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应。结论莫西沙星临床疗效优于左氧氟沙星,且无明显不良反应。莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的疗效确切,安全性好,是治疗下呼吸道感染较为理想的抗菌药物。

Efficacy and Safety of Moxifloxacin on Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin on lower respiratory tract infection.Methods The 84 patients with lower respiratory tract were randomly divided into control and target group.In control group,42 patients were treat with moxifloxacin by injection,0.4 g,one time every day,and target group,42 patients were treated with levofloxacin by injection,0.4 g,one time every day.All patients had been treated for 7-14 days.then,the effective rates,bacterium clearance,non-normal medicines reaction were observed.Results In control group,32 patients were recovered,8 patients were effective,1 patient was progressive and 1 patient was invalid.In target group,28 patients were recovered,6 patients were effective,5 patients were progressive and 3 patients were invalid.The effective rates of moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group were 95.2% and 81.0% respectively,then the bacterium clearance were 92.9% and 66.7% respectively,and they had obvious difference.The distinct non-normal medicines reaction had been observed in two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin on lower respiratory tract infection was superior to that of levofloxacin,and the distinct non-normal medicines reaction was observed,Moxifloxacin injection had a good curative effect and safety on lower respiratory tract infection,and it could be used as an perfect medicine on patients.
