81例尖锐湿疣伴包皮过长治疗分析

目的观察男性生殖器尖锐湿疣伴包皮过长患者,行包皮环切术能否提高单纯CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率。方法将81例男性生殖器尖锐湿疣伴包皮过长患者随机分两组分别为A组41例,B组40例。两组年龄、病程、皮损部位比较差异无统计学意义。手术A组41例予以行包皮环切术+CO2激光治疗;对照B组40例予以单纯CO2激光治疗。结果随访期半年内未再复发感染且无新皮损出现者为治愈。未再不洁性生活接触感染但皮损原位或邻近皮肤再次出现疣体者为复发。A组手术均成功,切口甲级愈合,切口缝线于1个月后均自行脱落。半年内未复发者35例,复发者总计6例,治愈率85.36%,复发率为14.64%。B组40例在单纯CO2激光治疗后创面7～10 d愈合,半年内未复发者23例,复发者总计17例,治愈率57.51%,复发率为42.49%,A组治愈率高于B组,复发率低于B组。结论男性生殖器尖锐湿疣伴包皮过长患者行包皮环切术,能够提高单纯CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率。

Analysis of Treatment of 81 Cases of Penis Acuteness Wet Wart and Redundant Prepuce

Objective To explore whether circumcision can improve the pure CO2 laser treatment in patients with the penis acuteness wet wart and redundant prepuce.Methods 81 cases of male genitalia acuteness wet wart with wrapping is too long patients were divided into two groups for A group of 41,group B 40,there were no significant differences between the two groups of age,duration and vitiligo patches.41 patients in surgery group A were treated with Aries considerably from country to cut method+CO2 laser treatment,the comparison group B was treated with pure CO2 laser therapy.Results Group A surgery was successful,incision serie A healing,all stitches came off 1 month.35 cases were cured in half A year,total recurrence 6 cases,cure rate was 85.36%,the recurrence rate was 14.64%.In group B,wound was healed after seven to 10 days by pure CO2 laser treatment,half year cure in 23 cases,a total of 17 cases relapsed,cure rate was 57.51%,and recurrence rate was 42.49%.The cure rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of group B.Conclusion Circumcision with CO2 laser treatment can obviously improve cure rate of male genital acuteness wet wart with redundant prepuce.
