急诊中青年昏迷患者160例临床分析

目的探讨急诊中青年昏迷患者的早期诊断和早期处理。方法对160例急诊中青年昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果中青年昏迷患者的主要病因为各种外源性中毒共75例(占46.9%),其中酒精中毒44例,一氧化碳中毒5例,镇静剂中毒7例,海洛因中毒6例,农药中毒13例;其次为严重创伤32例(占20.0%),急性脑血管意外24例(占15.0%,其中脑出血19例、脑梗死5例),癫痫4例(占2.5%),糖尿病及低血糖昏迷10例(占6.3%),肝昏迷2例及尿毒症5例(占4.4%),溺水6例及电击伤2例(共占5.0%);好转128例,死亡32例,其中严重创伤死亡12例(占37.5%),脑血管意外死亡7例(占21.9%),中毒死亡6例(占18.8%),溺水及电击伤死亡6例(占18.8%),尿毒症死亡1例(占3.1%)。结论急诊昏迷患者,早期明确病因诊断,及时针对病因治疗是抢救成功的关键。

Clinicial Analysis 160 Cases of Young Comatose Patients in Emergency

Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of youth comatose patients in emergency.Methods 160 cases of emergency clinical data of young coma patients were reviewed and analyzed.Results In these young coma patients,a variety of exogenous poisoning were 75 cases in total(46.9%),there were 44 cases of alcohol poisoning,5 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning,sedative poisoning in 7 cases,6 cases of heroin poisoning,pesticide poisoning,13 cases of pesticide poisoning;followed by severe trauma,there were 32 cases(20.0%),24 cases of acute cerebral vascular accident(15.0%,of which 19 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction in 5 cases),epilepsy in 4 cases(2.5%),diabetes and low blood sugar coma in 10 cases(6.3%),and 2 cases of hepatic coma and uremia in 5 cases(4.4%),drowning 6 cases and electrical injury 2 cases(total 5.0%);condition was improved in 128 cases,but 32 cases of death,which accounted for 12 cases of severe trauma deaths(37.5%),7(21.9%)patients died of cerebrovascular accident,poisoning death of 6 patients(18.8%),drowning and electric injury death 6 cases(18.8%),and 1 died of uremia(3.1%).Conclusion The key to successful treatment of emergency coma patients was to clear the causes earlier and to treat timely.
