鱼肝油混合制剂在儿童口腔溃疡中的应用体会

目的探讨鱼肝油混合制剂治疗儿童口腔溃疡的有效性。方法将158例患儿随机分为实验组和对照。实验组89例,给予鱼肝油混合制剂每日6次局部溃疡处涂擦,对照组69例,给予碘甘油局部涂药,时间和次数同对照组。分组观察。以溃疡面愈合时间及恢复正常进食时间为观察指标,比较鱼肝油混合制剂和碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。结果实验组愈合时间为(5.42±3.12)d,对照组为(7.88±3.02)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组和对照组进食时间分别为(4.2±1.3)d和(7.2±3.6)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鱼肝油混合制剂在促进儿童口腔溃疡的愈合及进食改善情况方面具有显著效果,且经济、安全。

Application Experience of Mixed Cod Liver Oil Preparations in Children with Oral Ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect of mixed cod liver Oil preparations in treating oral ulcer of children.Methods A randomized controlled trial was adopted.158 patients were divided into test group(n=89) and control group(n=69),the test group was given mixed cod liver oil preparations six times per day and control group was given iodine glycerin in the same way.The healing time of oral ulcer wound and the time of resuming normal eating were recorded.Results The healing time of test group and control group were(5.42±3.12) d and(7.88±3.02) d respectively(P<0.01).The resuming normal eating time of test group and control group were(4.2±1.3) d and(7.2±3.6) d respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The mixed cod liver oil preparations could fasten the healing of oral ulcerations and the recovery of eating with much economy and safety.
