对高等中医药院校教务处管理职能转变的思考

从教务管理的角度,提出了在高等中医药院校招生规模和校园面积“双扩容”的今天,高等中医药院校教务处管理职能的转变应朝着“增强服务意识、加大宏观协调、加强教学评估、完善网络管理、减少管理职能”的方向发展,以适应高等教育大众化和高等中医药院校招生规模化、管理多校区化的新形势。

Consideration on transition of the administrative role of educational administration department in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine

From the angle of educational administration, this paper suggests that in the new situation of double enlargement of student enrollment and campus space, the administrative role of the educational administration department in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should be more put on the parts of increasing service awareness, emphasizing macro coordination work, strengthening teaching evaluation work, consummating net management, and reducing administrative function. This role transition will help colleges and universities better suit the new situations of popularization of higher education, large scale enrollment and multi-campus administration style of colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
