摘    要:[目的]探讨细节管理在介入性超声导向肾脏穿刺活检术中的应用。[方法]将200例介入性超声导向肾脏穿刺活检术病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,对照组按肾脏穿刺活检术常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施细节管理。比较两组病人术后并发症发生情况及病人对护理服务的满意度。[结果]观察组病人术后并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组病人对护理服务的满意度优于对照组。[结论]在介入性超声导向肾脏穿刺活检术中应用细节管理,可减少术后并发症的发生、提高病人对护理服务的满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application of details management in interventional ultrasound-guided renal puncture biopsy.Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients undergoing interventional ultrasound-guided renal puncture biopsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each.The control group cases were given routine care of renal puncture biopsy,while the observation group cases were given details management based on routine care.Then the incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of patients to nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group patients was lower than that of control group.The nursing satisfaction of observation group patients was prior to that of control group.Conclusion:The application of details management in interventional ultrasound-guided renal puncture biopsy can reduce occurrence of postoperative complications and improve patients’satisfaction to nursing service.
