郑州市家庭母婴护理员现状调查及培训需求分析

目的]了解郑州市家庭母婴护理员的现状与培训需求,为制订培训计划提供依据。方法]采取便利抽样抽取郑州市5家三级甲等医院妇产科的产妇家庭母婴护理员,进行自制调查问卷调查。结果]198名家庭母婴护理员文化程度小学及以下4.5%,初中16.7%,高中或中专50.5%,大专及以上28.3%;具有育婴师资格者41.9%;97.0%经过不同时间的培训;95.5%表示有进一步培训需求;对培训知识的需求排在前5位的分别为新生儿日常护理、孕产妇营养、婴儿喂养、孕产妇日常护理、乳房护理。结论]郑州市家庭母婴护理员学历结构仍偏低,且培训及资格认证欠规范,应加强对家庭母婴护理员的培训。

Investigation of the status quo and analysis of training needs of family maternal and children care workers in Zhengzhou city

Objective:To understand the status quo and training needs of family maternal and children care workers in Zhengzhou city so as to provide basis for training plans.Methods:A total of 198 family maternal and children care workers from 5 third grade A hospitals of Zhengzhou city were surveyed by self-made questionnaire.Results:There was 4.5% of care works whose education was primary and below,16.7% of junior,50.5% of high or secondary,28.3% of college and above.There were 41.9% of nursery teacher qualifications,97.0% after different times of the training,95.5% of further training needs.The demand for training knowledge of the top five were neonatal daily care,maternal nutrition,infant feeding,maternal day care and breast care.Conclusion:Educational structure of family maternal and children care workers in Zhengzhou city is still low,and the training and qualification owed to the specification,so we should strengthen the training of family maternal and child care workers.
