沟通技巧训练对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的 探讨沟通技巧训练对住院精神分裂症患者社交技能和社会功能康复的影响.方法 将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理干预,研究组在此基础上联合沟通技巧训练,观察8周.于训练前及训练8周末,采用沟通技巧自评量表评定沟通技巧,社会功能评定量表评定社会功能改善状况,对两组评定结果进行对比分析.结果 训练8周末,研究组沟通技巧自评量表评分较训练前显著下降(t=2.63,P＜0.05),社会功能评定量表各因子分均较训练前显著升高(P＜0.01),对照组则无显著变化(P＞0.05);研究组训练后沟通技巧自评量评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),而社会功能评定量表各因子分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 对精神分裂症患者进行沟通技巧训练,能增强患者的自信心和主动性,提高患者的语言和非语言沟通能力及解决问题和寻求帮助的能力,改善人际交往和社会功能状况,对促进患者早日回归社会具有重要意义.

Effects of communication skill training on schizophrenics' rehabilitation

Objective To explore the effects of communication skill training on schizophrenics＇ social skills and social function rehabilitation. Methods Sixty schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 patients each, both groups received routine antipsychotic drugs treatment and nursing intervention, and research group was plus communication skill training for 8 weeks. Before training and at the end of the 8^th week, communication skills were assessed with the Self-rating Communication Skill Scale （SCSS） and improvements of social functions with the Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI）, and assessment results of two groups contrastively analyzed. Results At the end of the 8^th week, the SCSS score lowered more significantly （t=2.63,P〈0.05）and all factors＇ scores of the SSPI increased compared with pre-training in research group （P〈0. 01）, those showed no significant changes in control group （P〈 0.05） ;aftar training the SCSS score was significantly lower （P〈0.05） and all factors scores of the SSPI higher （P〈0.01） in research than in control group. Conclusion Communication skill training for schizophrenics could enhance patients＇ self-confidence and activeness, increase patients＇ language and non-language communication ability as well as problem solving and help-seeking capability, improve interpersonal communication and social function status, and has important significance for promoting patients＇ early return to society.
