| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨重型颅脑损伤病人的病情观察与护理配合。方法]总结分析132例重型颅脑损伤病人的护理过程,强调护理人员要严密观察病情,采取针对性的护理措施,积极预防并发症的发生。结果]132例重型颅脑损伤病人中,康复出院98例(74.24%),好转21例(15.91%),死亡13例(9.85%)。结论]科学严密的病情观察和完善有效的护理措施,可提高病人治愈率,降低并发症的发生率、致残率和病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the observation and nursing combination of 132 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:the nursing process was summarized and analyzed in a total of 132 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and emphasized that nursing staff should closely observe the patients’conditions,take the targeted nursing measures,and actively prevent the occurrence of complications.Results:In 132 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients,98 cases recovered and discharged(74.24%),21 cases improved(15.91%),13 cases died(9.85%).Conclusion:Rigorous and scientific observation and sound and effective nursing measures can improve the cure rate,decrease the incidence of complications,disability rate and fatality rate. |
