安非他酮与氟西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的 探讨安非他酮与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将93例抑郁症患者随机分成两组,研究组46例,口服安非他酮治疗,对照组47例,口服氟西汀治疗,观察6周.于治疗前及治疗第1周、2周、4周、6周末采用汉密顿焦虑量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应.结果 治疗1周末起,两组汉密顿焦虑量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前有显著下降(P＜0.05或0.01),同期两组间评分差异均无显著性(P＞0.05);治疗6周末,研究组显效率为76.1%、有效率为93.5%,对照组分别为78.7%、93.6%,两组比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.09、0.00,P＞0.05).两组不良反应均轻微,发生率差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 安非他酮与氟西汀均能显著改善抑郁症患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,起效快,疗效显著,总体疗效相当,安全性高,依从性好.

A control study of bupropion vs fluoxetine in the treatment of depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of bupropion vs fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods Ninety-three depression patients were randomized to research group （n=46 rally bupropion and control （n=47） did fluoxetine for 6 weeks. E{ficacies were assessed with the Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and adverse reactions with t ment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and ） took o- Hamilton he Treat 6th week.Results Since the end of the 1st week the HAMA and HAMA scores of both groups lowered more signifi candy compared with pretreatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, contemporaneous group comparisons had no signif- icant differences （P〉0.05） ;at the end of the 6th week, obvious effective and effective rate were 76.1% and 93.5% in research and 78.7% and 93.6% in control group, which showed no significant differences （χ2= 0.09,0.00, P〉0.05）. Adverse reactions of both groups were mild and their incidences had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both bupropion and fluoxetine could improve anxiety and depression symptoms, take effect rapidly, has equivalent total efficacy, high safety and good compliance in the treat- ment of depression.
