重型颅脑损伤大鼠急性期胰岛素敏感性的研究

摘    要:【目的】探讨重型颅脑损伤大鼠急性期胰岛素敏感性的变化。【方法】采用大鼠自由落体脑损伤模型(Feeney‘s model),分别在伤前0.5h及伤后6h、12h、24h、48h、72h测定重型脑损伤动物的血糖和血清胰岛素值。运用正常血糖一高血胰岛素钳夹技术,检测大鼠重型脑损伤后24h BG60-120、GIR60-120、ISI等三个反映胰岛素敏感性的指标。【结果】重型脑损伤大鼠血糖含量升高的同时血清胰岛素水平升高,大鼠重型脑损伤后24h的BG60-120显著地升高,GIR60-120、ISI显著降低。【结论】在重型颅脑损伤急性期,大鼠血糖和血清胰岛素水平均显著地升高,高水平的胰岛素未能起到相应的降低血糖的作用,这可能与机体胰岛素敏感性降低有关。

Abstract:To study the change in insulin sensitivity after craniocerebral injury in rats. Based upon the Feeney's model, the blood glucose and insulin concentrations of injured animal were measured 1/2 hour before injury and 6?12?24?48?72 hours after injury; the three indexes BG 60-120?GIR 60-120?ISI reflecting the insulin sensitivity were measured 24 hours after severe injury by Euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic Clamp Technique.Both the blood glucose and insulin concentration increased markedly in severly injured animal after injury. BG 60-120 increased markedly and GIR 60-120?ISI decreased significantly 24 hours after severe trauma in injured animals compared with sham group.[Conclusion]Both the blood glucose and insulin concentrations increase markedly in severe injured animal after injury. Insulin sensitivity decreasing after severe craniocerebral injury results in that higher level insulin cannot reduce the increased blood glucose correspondingly.
