| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手部深度烧伤切痂植皮的方法,进一步提高手术效果。方法手部深度烧伤施行早期切痂,用经戊二醛处理过的猪皮覆盖创面,术后2~3 d延期植皮。结果皮片植皮成功率为96.2%,无皮片下血肿形成,患者均未补充植皮。皮片成活过程中少有水疱出现,愈合后表浅无坏死,无遗留明显浅表瘢痕。结论延期植皮是手部深度烧伤创面修复的一种理想手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method of tangential excision and delayed skin grafting on deeply burned hands in order to improve the effects of operation.Methods Early escharectomy was taken for deeply burned hands,then the wound was covered with pig skin treated with glutaraldehyde,and autografting of skin was conducted 2 to 3 days later.Results Survival rate of grafted autoskin was 96.2%,no subcutaneous hematoma formed and no patient was given additional skin grafting.No vesicle occurred during the growth of skin slice,no superficial sclerosis appeared after healing,and no obvious scar was left.Conclusion The delayed skin grafting is an ideal operation method to repair the wound of deeply burned hands. |
