| 摘 要： | 目的研究p53、VEGF、PCNA在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测43例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中p53、VEGF、PCNA的表达。病理分级按WHO标准:G1级12例,G2级24例,G3级7例。临床分期按TNM标准,分为浅表型(Tis～T1)34例,浸润型(T2～T4)9例。结果膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p53、VEGF、PCNA阳性表达率分别为48.84%、67.44%、62.79%。正常膀胱黏膜组织中p53、VEGF、PCNA均无阳性表达。p53、VEGF与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期有明显相关性(P<0.05);PCNA与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级有明显相关性(P<0.05),但与临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论p53、VEGF、PCNA与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期、预后密切相关。p53、VEGF可以作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的重要指标,PCNA可以作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的辅助指标。
