串珠镰刀菌素亚急性中毒大鼠心肌超微病理改变及硒的保护作用

摘    要:观察了串珠镰刀菌素亚急性损伤大鼠心肌超微结构改变及硒的保护作用。结果表明,串珠镰刀菌素亚急性中毒大鼠心肌损伤明显,肌纤维局灶性变性、溶解、间质轻度水肿。超微结构改变表现为肌原纤维走向紊乱,轻度溶解;肌膜增厚及胶原原纤维增生;线粒体增生、肿大、成层性变以及空泡变。线粒体是串珠镰刀菌素作用的主要靶细胞器。补充一定量的硒能减轻串珠镰刀菌素对大鼠心肌的损伤作用。串珠镰刀菌素引起的心肌超微结构变化与克山病的基本型变化相似。

Abstract:The ultrastructural changes in heart of rats administered with subacute intoxicating doses of moniliformin and the protective effects of selenium were studied. The rats treated with moniliformin showed microscopically severe cardiac abnormalities. The main damages were in the external cytomembranes, myofibrillae and mitochondria. Disorganized myofibrillae with some myofilaments disappeared, swollen mitochondria with cristae loss and vacuolization, thickened sarcolemmas with hyperplasia of collagenic fibrils and dilatation of sarcoplasmic reticula were observed. Selenium slightly reduced the damages of rat hearts induced by subacute intoxicating doses of moniliformin. The findings indicate that moniliformin is cardiotoxic, and the lesions are similar to the basic changes of Keshan disease.
